Yes, from Settings at any time. Moving up to Business takes effect at once and is prorated. Moving down to Pro turns 30-second monitors into 1-minute monitors.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then drops to Free. Anything that doesn't fit the Free plan is kept on hold for 30 days, so upgrading again in that time restores it. After that it is deleted.
Payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the paid period. See the refund policy for details.

Yes, on Business. Invite up to 10 people by email as admins (they can change monitors, alert contacts, maintenance windows and status pages) or viewers (read only). Billing, API keys and the team stay with the owner.
