The service
PingRobot (pingrobot.io) is an uptime monitoring service operated by Ayhan Selek, an individual based in Türkiye. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
You sign in with an email address you control. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to that mailbox secure.
Acceptable use
- Only monitor websites, servers and services that you own or are allowed to monitor.
- Don’t use PingRobot to load-test, attack or overwhelm any system.
- Don’t use status pages to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
- Don’t try to get around plan limits or access other users’ data.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans and payment
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as merchant of record and handles taxes and invoices. You can cancel at any time from Settings & billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
When a paid plan ends. Your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted at that moment: monitors beyond the Free plan's limit are paused, status pages beyond its limit are taken offline, and custom domains send visitors to the page's pingrobot.io address. If you return to a paid plan within 30 days, all of it is restored. After 30 days, the paused monitors (with their check history and incidents), the offline status pages and the custom domains are permanently deleted, and history older than the Free plan's 30 days is removed. We email you when the plan ends and again before the deletion.
No guarantee
We work hard to check your monitors reliably and deliver alerts promptly, but monitoring can miss events or deliver alerts late, for example when an email provider or chat service is delayed. PingRobot is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue or data, caused by a missed or late check or alert. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can stop using PingRobot at any time. To delete your account and its data, write to hello@pingrobot.io.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
